Utilising dry materials and no wet processes Enterprise is freed from drying time restrictions, can be built in poor weather conditions and enables other installations to follow on immediately.

All elements of Leofric Enterprise are optimised to create a cost efficient structure and this pre-planning ensures that the building forms a longterm asset with minimum maintenance and low running costs. A Permanent Asset

The key to Leofric Enterprise is its steel structure, computer designed to give a wide range of eaves heights and clear spans.

When complete the structure is enclosed to a height of 2.50 metres (8 feet) in concrete wall units, exclusive to Leofric Enterprise, and clad to walls and roof with profiled steel sheeting.

The wall units are finished externally with natural stone granules, specifically chosen for hardness and weathering, in a choice of five colours. Roof and vertical sheeting is available in a new range of 29 Colorcoat HP200 Colours and the addition of a 25 degree roof pitch allows for the choice of a tiled roof.

Proven materials produce an attractive building. Clean finishes require virtually zero maintenance and retain their appearance long term.

Because Enterprise is pre-designed, valuable information can be provided - loadings, calculation data and elevation drawings - on your building at an early stage identifying the viability of a project from the outset, reducing lead times and keeping pre-contract costs to a minimum.

The combination of a modular structure and its unique cladding system creates a building that imposes well distributed and light loadings - probably the lightest achievable for a building of this quality.

Economy and efficiency is thought through into a Base Design Guide ensuring economic foundations suitable for a wide variety of sites.

The same Enterprise building can be reproduced anywhere in the country to the same specifications.

Leofric Enterprise is designed to last a lifetime and provides a permanent asset. Its construction time is less than half that of traditional building giving a rapid return on capital employed.
